The error commonly occurs when purchasing/downloading a data asset for the first time, or re-downloading a previously purchased data asset. The wallet or network connection may be unstable.

Message: "Download Unsuccessful. Your download request is unsuccessful. Please check your wallet connection and try again or Contact Support."

How can this be resolved? Check your order to make sure it has been processed and retry the download.
