Common Errors Found When Viewing Listed Assets and Sales History

Asset purged​

The error will display after clicking an asset that has been suspended from the Listed Assets page.

Unable to export sales/download history​

This error occurs when user exports sales/downloads history.

How can this be resolved? Try exporting the history again.

No asset found​

This error happens when there is no asset that can be seen here. The error may happen because you have not published any asset yet or the system failed to fetch downloads from Aquarius.

How can this be resolved?

  • Create an asset to view it here.
  • Refresh and wait to see if publishing has finished.
