Theme Management

As an Instance Administrator, you can oversee and modify the theme of your platform, allowing for a customized and enhanced user experience.

Steps to Modify the Theme:

  1. Log in to Instance Management Portal.
  2. Click on ‘Theme’ from the left panel.
  3. Make the necessary changes:
    • Update Logos/Images
    • Choose your desired theme colours**
    • Customize fonts
    • Add/Modify external links as needed
    • Update website information
    • Customize Asset Tag Colors
    • Customize Status Colors
  4. Click the ‘Apply Changes’ button at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can click ‘Save Draft’ to work on it later.
  5. Confirm the changes when prompted. A success message will appear, indicating that the update was successful.

Note: Changes may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected.
